Two. Factory Packing (D-5)

1. Contact the fleet to arrange the schedule

2. Pick up containers at the designated stacking area of the shipping company

3. Dispatch vehicles to the factory for packing at the agreed time

4. Packing supervisor simultaneously supervises the packing at the factory

5. The factory takes photos and videos of the packing according to requirements

6. The fleet affixes hazardous material grade labels on all four sides of the container

*Lianyungang route resources: Direct route: Lianyungang-Pusan, including shipping companies: SITC (planned departure every Thursday, 40 refrigerated container plugs) and Shunfa (planned departure every Saturday, 20 refrigerated container plugs)

Four. Bill of Lading Cutoff (D-4)

1. Provide and verify information such as shipper, consignee, notify party, tax number, quantity, gross weight, volume, commodity name, and marks

2. Provide packing details

Five. Customs Declaration (D-3)

1. Initiate electronic consignment

2. Provide and verify customs declaration materials such as invoices, packing lists, contracts, customs declaration forms, and declaration elements

3. Verify the customs declaration confirmation

4. If inspection is required, handle it through the port
